City University of London
A public research university is located in London. The university was founded in 1894 as the Northampton Institute, and the current name and status of the university was granted to City University in 1966. The university has over 100 years of research experience and a consistently high employment ranking for its graduates. Studying at the City University of London is very prestigious – many famous personalities, including two British prime ministers, started their careers here: Tony Blair and Margaret Thatcher.

In September 2007, the University opened a Student Center in Northampton Square, where students can seek help and advice on a variety of issues, including accommodation, financial support, visa and immigration advice, fee payment, and assistance with enrollment and graduation.
