The University of Technology Dublin is one of the largest universities in Dublin and Ireland. It specializes in technical fields (engineering and information technology) but also offers programs in art, humanities, tourism, hospitality, marketing, design, etc. It was officially founded in 1992 by merging six colleges.
The institute’s academic buildings and colleges are scattered throughout the central part of the Irish capital. They are planning to move to a single new campus in the western part of the city, which is currently under construction and will be equipped with the latest technology.
